It is critical to use the correct methodologies for your situation. We use up to 9 different valuation methodologies. We do not frivolously throw out methodologies that we see competitors doing. Tailored multiplier. We calculate your company's risk profile and combine this with your specific industry's risk profile to calculate a tailored multiplier, not an off-the-shelf multiplier. We show our calculations to be transparent.
Accurate. We ask our clients for up to 5 years of financial documents. We do the work to be more accurate. The more data, and the better we understand the data, the more accurate we can be.
Accurate market values. We pay for the most accurate sources available for determining the business market value. We also use the market values accurately.
Accurate Cost of Capital inputs: Many of our competitors use incorrect cost of capital data, which will miscalculate your valuation substantially. We use the correct inputs.
Accurate addbacks. We know the correct addbacks to use, and we show you the detail of what we use and don't use. We meet with you to discuss addbacks, a very critical meeting in valuation work. We are transparent.
Accurate income methods. We calculate 4 income methods: 2 historical and 2 future-based.
BizBuySell analysis. We incorporate this new feature into our valuations, which helps us see real-world applicability.
Discount calculations. As required by professional standards, when appropriate, we provide marketability & minority interest discount calculations. These are critical calculations if they apply to your situation.
Reconstruct books. We reconstruct financials to normalize your company's financials. Without accurate and normalized financials, a valuation is not accurate.
COVID adjustments. We make any appropriate COVID normalizing adjustments, if needed.
Forecast. We provide an accurate, unbiased 5-year forecast of the business.
Industry report. We include a professional industry report. A robust report.
Benchmarks report. We provide and calculate your company's benchmarks, compared to industry benchmarks.
Professional report. Our final valuation report is a professional-looking and understandable report in electronic format, about 80 pages.
Deal check. For buying/selling, we provide an analysis showing if the deal makes financial sense. This includes a "gut" check analysis used by savvy investors.
Bank/VC package. We provide a bank-ready package of information to a bank or venture capital group to obtain financing and/or capital.
Defendability. Our valuations are easy to defend with opposition or in court, due to our accuracy and transparency. If you need us to compare our valuation to another, we do it successfully.
Guarantee. We guarantee our valuations for 2 years.
